We’re excited to share our upcoming Deep Democracy Institute Thailand seminar: “Deep Democracy Facilitation” , happening 12–13 September 2026 in Bangkok, facilitated by Julia Wolfson together with the DDI Thailand team ; Lynn, Tip, Joe, and Bo.

This two-day seminar explores facilitation as the art of making things easier , not necessarily by getting rid of problems, but by learning to approach them as doorways rather than roadblocks.

Through Deep Democracy and Processwork, we’ll explore how our inner nature, relationships, tensions, different perspectives, and even difficult or unpopular experiences can become sources of awareness, energy, and movement.

🌱 Day 1: Unfolding “group process” in our inner and relationship lives
🌱 Day 2: Unfolding “group process” in teams, groups, and collectives

We’ll practice group process as a dialogue art, moving between personal, relational, social, and systemic perspectives, and learning to notice the tiny signals and emerging processes that can open unexpected ways forward.
