This seminar deepens awareness of systemic and personal power. Participants explore how privilege, marginalization, and unconscious rank shape group and individual dynamics, and how eldership can offer a path toward healing.

We introduce Processwork’s conflict phases as awareness tools for facilitating escalation, de-escalation, re-escalation, and the unfolding from hotspot to coolspot.
