This seminar offers learning tools to grow from, based on an attitude of welcoming life as it is. This attitude is at the heart of Process Work’s deep democracy, an attitude and practice for navigating personal and collective experiences. The practices at the seminar are meant as tools in discovering the hidden symmetry and beauty between inner and outer life situations, even those that may appear chaotic.

This seminar deepens awareness of systemic and personal power. Participants explore how privilege, marginalization, and unconscious rank shape group and individual dynamics, and how eldership can offer a path toward healing.

This seminar explores conflict as a meaningful part of life and as an opportunity for growth and transformation whether crossing personal edges, navigating relationships, or engaging in community life. We introduce Processwork’s conflict phases as awareness tools for facilitating escalation, de-escalation, re-escalation, and the unfolding from hotspot to coolspot.
