This seminar offers an introduction to Processwork and invites participants to work with the challenges and joys of life from a place of intention, presence, and connection to the deeper processes shaping our lives.This will be experienced through Linking X and u dynamics between dreams, body symptoms, group dynamics and World work.

This seminar offers learning tools to grow from, based on an attitude of welcoming life as it is. This attitude is at the heart of Process Work’s deep democracy, an attitude and practice for navigating personal and collective experiences. The practices at the seminar are meant as tools in discovering the hidden symmetry and beauty between inner and outer life situations, even those that may appear chaotic.
