This seminar explores conflict as a meaningful part of life and as an opportunity for growth and transformation whether crossing personal edges, navigating relationships, or engaging in community life. We introduce Processwork’s conflict phases as awareness tools for facilitating escalation, de-escalation, re-escalation, and the unfolding from hotspot to coolspot.

This two-day seminar explores facilitation as the art of making things easier, not necessarily by getting rid of problems, but by learning to approach them as doorways rather than roadblocks.Through Deep Democracy and Process Work, we’ll explore how our inner nature, relationships, tensions, different perspectives, and even difficult or unpopular experiences can become sources of awareness, energy, and movement. We will practice the deep democracy group process cycle as a support for your inner facilitator in every day life, professional roles and dreams.
