Dreams and altered states of consciousness may appear different, yet both arise from the same ongoing dreaming process—one that is present within us at all times. Each offers a gateway beyond the consensus reality of everyday life, inviting us into deeper layers of experience.

Such journeys—sometimes referred to as “shamanic” in various traditions—can enrich our daily lives by adding new dimensions of meaning and awareness. When we learn to engage with them consciously, they can become a powerful source of insight, helping us connect with the deeper patterns and purpose within our lives.

Even the most disturbing dreams or seemingly chaotic trance states can carry valuable messages. When approached with curiosity and openness, they often reveal unexpected understanding and joy.

Together, we will introduce and apply Process-Oriented Psychology as a method of working with dreams and altered states for personal growth.

FACILITATORS:

ZBIGNIEW MILUNSKI, co-founder of Process Work Institute Lithuania, a psychotherapist, supervisor, and teacher of Process Oriented Psychology (POP). He teaches internationally as part of the DDI Alliance, is a faculty member of the Polish Institute of Processwork Foundation, a member of the Polish Association of Process-Oriented Psychotherapists and Practitioners, and the International Association of Process-Oriented Psychology. Zbigniew has 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations. In 2015, he presented his workshops for men at the TEDx conference in Warsaw.

ANNA GABRYJELSKA-BASIUK, a co-founder of the Process Work Institute Lithuania, a teacher and supervisor of Process-Oriented Psychology, Chairwoman of the Polish Processwork Institute Foundation, and a member of the International Association of Process-Oriented Psychology and Deep Democracy Alliance. She teaches internationally and applies processwork across psychotherapy, personal development, leadership, and organizational development, supporting individuals, couples, leaders, and teams to navigate complexity, grow beyond limitations, and consciously use their power.
