  • Facilitation Frontiers Series: Session #1

    Online

In any process — a meeting, conflict, conversation, event, relationship, classroom, organisation, or inner experience — there are frontiers.
Process Work facilitation offers practical prompts to navigate these living landscapes, and your innate compass. Instead of a fixed formula, we develop precision in noticing living signposts emerging moment by moment. We focus on the art of topic meditation – notice your topic, and frame it, to be more connected to your flow power! Sounds simple, but easier said than done! 🥰
    Facilitator: Julia Wolfson

  • Facilitation Frontiers series #2

    Online

In any process, be that an event, an actual session, or an experience of any kind, there are various frontiers to navigating the landscape you are in, and the path you uniquely take. Process Work facilitation provides a language and a map to traverse the terrain using your own self-generated compass. In session 2, we are finding the essence of the polarity that is hiding within a topic!! We are devoting a whole session to practicing as a group; discussing, grappling, understanding and playing with “setting roles” – first getting to know a universal essence within each side of a polarity. This can help to loosen a rigid interpretation and make visible an expanded and deeper reality in your zone.

  • Facilitation Frontiers #3: From hotspot to cool spot

    Online

Session 3 focus: From hotspot to cool spot, spotting and integrating ghost roles along the way.
Facilitator: Julia Wolfson. Any session can be enjoyed independent of the others. Recordings for any session available, anytime.

  • Facilitation Frontiers series finale #4

    Online

Facilitation can be applied anywhere: leadership, coaching, organisational roles, therapy, education, community work, activism, teams, relationships, creative practice, at home and any aspect of everyday life. You do not need to become someone else to facilitate well. Exactly who you are already contains a facilitation blueprint.
    Facilitator: Julia Wolfson

  • The Path of a Warrior: Exploring conflicts in inner and outer worlds – conflict as a gift

Four Points Sheraton, Hurlingham Argwings Kodhek Road,, Nairobi

This seminar explores conflict as a meaningful part of life and as an opportunity for growth and transformation whether crossing personal edges, navigating relationships, or engaging in community life. We introduce Processwork’s conflict phases as awareness tools for facilitating escalation, de-escalation, re-escalation, and the unfolding from hotspot to coolspot.
