Follow the signals until the process reveals its next step.

Learn to notice the signals of change already unfolding in people, groups and systems.

If, like me, you often catch yourself thinking about what should happen, rather than following what is already happening in subtle signals across many communication modes – channels –  you may enjoy this experiential learning journey — where we will experiment with tracking these moments through parallel worlds.

What does process mean here?A structural pattern that emerges in the interaction between observer and signals.

What is a signal?A fragment of information from an as-yet unknown world of experience.

Why parallel worlds?• To tunnel under the “surface solutions repetition” trap
• To go beyond the “power dynamics stop me from doing anything” trap
• To find inner fuel where you least expect it to show up as yourself

Process-oriented psychology, developed by Arnold Mindell and operationalised in facilitation, leadership and conflict work by Max and Ellen Schupbach, invites us to track subtle clues of change — what Process Work calls signals.

These signals help us move from standing on the riverbank as spectators — directing and judging events — to stepping into the water and being with the currents already moving through the field.

In this learning series we will explore ways to:• notice small signals that often contain the seeds of rippling change
• stay present in the stretch zone — at the edge between identities — where familiar and illusive perspectives – time spirits, roles and ghost roles – begin to appear

• follow the intelligence of the field rather than forcing outcomes

Is this for you?For facilitators, coaches, leaders and life artists — both those familiar with Process Work and curious newcomers — curious about the small signals that reveal where change is already present.

Thank you for taking the time to read and would love you to join us!
