If, like me, you often catch yourself thinking about what\u00a0should<\/em>\u00a0happen, rather than following what is already happening in subtle signals across many communication modes – channels<\/i> – \u00a0you may enjoy this experiential learning journey \u2014 where we will experiment with tracking these moments through parallel worlds.<\/p>\n

What does\u00a0process<\/em>\u00a0mean here?A structural pattern that emerges in the interaction between observer and signals.<\/p>\n

What is a\u00a0signal<\/em>?A fragment of information from an as-yet unknown world of experience.<\/p>\n

Why\u00a0parallel worlds<\/em>?\u2022 To tunnel under the\u00a0\u201csurface solutions repetition\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0trap
\n\u2022 To go beyond the\u00a0\u201cpower dynamics stop me from doing anything\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0trap
\n\u2022 To find inner fuel<\/b> where you least expect it to show up as yourself<\/p>\n

Process-oriented psychology, developed by Arnold Mindell and operationalised in facilitation, leadership and conflict work by Max and Ellen Schupbach, invites us to track subtle clues of change \u2014 what Process Work calls\u00a0signals<\/b>.<\/p>\n

These signals help us move from standing on the riverbank as spectators \u2014 directing and judging events \u2014 to stepping into the water and being with<\/i> the currents already moving through the field.<\/p>\n

In this learning series we will explore ways to:<\/b>\u2022 notice small signals<\/i> that often contain the seeds of rippling change
\n\u2022 stay present in the stretch zone \u2014 at the\u00a0edge between\u00a0identities<\/i>\u00a0\u2014 where\u00a0familiar and illusive perspectives –\u00a0time spirits, roles and ghost roles<\/i> – begin to appear<\/p>\n

\u2022 follow the intelligence of the field<\/i> rather than forcing outcomes<\/p>\n
