SUMMARY:Precious Leaders - A Dreambody + Film Event\, Berlin\, June 5-7\, 2026
DESCRIPTION:Where: Berlin\nFacilitators: Drs. Ellen and Max Schupbach\nProducer: Dr. Xenia Kuleshova\nTo register go here\n\n\n\n\nDeep Democracy: Awareness-Based Leadership in Moments of Challenge\n\n\n\n\nWe work together in these 3 days to research the less conscious unique and personal inner dreaming direction\, that leads us through our lives\, and that it return emerges as a gift to lead our friends\, families\, teams and organizations through challenging moments. \nWe invite Mums\, CEOs\, Social Advocates\, Entrepreneurs\, Youth in Intergenerational Transformation\, Politicians\, Nuns and Monks\, Nurses and Doctors\, Researchers\, Artists\, Coaches\, Facilitators\, Consultants\, Community Builders\, Meditators and more to join us. \nXenia Kuleshova and her film team will film our joint journey. If your leadership journey is filmed\, you will be shown a draft version of your reel and can decide if you would want it on youtube or not\, you can also ask for specific edits. Nothing will ever be made public without your consent. \nThis is the third year of DDI’s and Mamaki’s collaboration in Europe. In our first series Beautiful People\, we aimed to show how using a Process Work approach in working with individuals shows the inherent beauty of each and all of us. \nIn 2025\, we wanted to be inspiring and useful to people who are not familiar with Arnold Mindell’s Dreambody concept and struggle with body symptoms\, leading to the series Miraculous Bodies. \nThis year\, we originally planned to take a break\, but then the three of us\, Xenia from Mamaki and Ellen and Max from DDI \, got super excited by the idea of spotlighting the underlying visions and essences of individual leaders – with the belief that bringing these often-invisible\, deeper paths to light can help us recognize and appreciate our own efforts more and inspire others to experiment with awareness based leadership. \nFor many of us\, the word leadership carries connotations of particular roles and characteristics that we may not find very inspiring. We are referring to leadership in a different way. Each of us leads our communities\, family systems\, and friendship networks since our earliest years in special ways that most often we\, ourselves\, are not aware of. \nEach of us is guided by our own individual precious life myths – timeless\, unique\, and miraculous\, that organize our experiences and reactions as we travel along our journeys. Within the background of our systems\, we lead by how we relate to others\, how we relate to our bodies\, and by the often unusual and maybe even “quirkie” way that we are. \nThrouthout our lives\, the situations and challenges we face help us connect more deeply with our unique gifts. As we discover and enjoy these gifts ourselves\, we can share them with others and hopefully inspire them simply by walking our own paths. In the everyday contexts of our lives and through the roles that we embody\, we share our gifts through our actions and attitudes. \nWe hope to show that in whatever function you lead or co-lead\, and however difficult it is\, your deeper vision and essence create precious moments for others\, and has been doing so long before your current stated role as leader. The difficulties we encounter in leadership can bring forth our greatest gifts. As we discover and share these gifts\, they inevitably become a source of inspiration for others. \nTogether\, we work\, play\, film and learn—capturing our experiences on film as we engage with individuals and groups new to Process Work. \n\n\n\n\nDaily Format \nEach morning from 10–11 a.m.\, we teach skills and inner work practices for engaging with our paths as leaders and seekers. Each day ends with a one-hour group process\, where we explore how our personal experiences of leadership relate to collective ideas around gender\, age\, ethnicity\, and more. \nFilming Details and Privacy \nCome learn with us as we explore the dreaming power and beauty within your current life challenge. You’ll receive a personal film highlighting your experience—something you can keep for yourself or share to inspire others in similar situations. \nSessions will be held in slow English\, and if you’re more comfortable with a translator in your native language\, we’ll work with you to make that possible. \nWe look forward to working\, being\, and playing with you as we unfold the deeper essence of your leadership gifts. Sessions will last 30–60 minutes\, but there’s no strict time limit. If more time is needed\, we’ll arrange a follow-up video or voice session. You are welcome to be your full self during this time. \nYour Privacy\nYour privacy will be fully respected in three ways: \n1. You may pause or stop filming at any time (e.g.\, “I want to talk about my boss\, can we stop filming this part?”). \n2. You’ll receive a draft of your segment and have full control to request edits or removals—this is guaranteed. \n3. If you’re not comfortable with the session overall\, we’ll delete the recording entirely. \nYou will receive your segment as a personal copy\, which you’re free to use however you like—whether privately\, with family\, or publicly on platforms like YouTube or Instagram. \nJune 5-7\, 2026 | 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. \n10:00–10:45 a.m. \nPresentation of skills and inner work focused on Leadership experiences—early childhood dreams\, and the mythic connection between your personal llife and cultural “time spirits” in art\, politics\, and society. \n10:45 a.m.–4:00 p.m. \nObserve\, learn\, and reflect in real time. \n4:15–5:30 p.m. \nGroup Process on an emerging topic of the day \nRegistration\nDue to the limited participant number and the issue of container stability\, we ask you kindly to only register if you are able to attend the three days in full. \nPrice: Euro 440 for 3 full days\nLimited scholarships are available\, please reach out to mpere@deepdemocracyinstitute.org \nSo\, after all of this info – we are just super excited and looking forward to any response from you! (including if you write to us that this is a great initiative and you would love to be part of it some other time) \nMuch love from our team and thank you for reading all the way to the end \nEllen\, Max and Xenia \nin Oregon\, Switzerland and Cyprus \nDrs. Ellen and Max Schupbach are facilitators\, coaches and consultants\, based in the USA\, Florence\, Oregon. We are co-founders of Deep Democracy Institute International\, a global think and feel tank and co-learning hub with Process Work and Deep Democracy initiatives in Africa\, Europe\, the Middle East\, Asia\, Russia\, Ukraine and the USA. We are both passionate about learning with individuals and communities how to use our awareness to follow our dreaming selves and facilitate our inner lives – and the dreaming processes of teams\, groups\, and communities – to discover the natural regeneration and evolutionary impulses in our conflicts and challenges. \nDr. Xenia Kuleshova is a producer\, physician\, and psychotherapist\, born in the Soviet Union and currently a citizen of Cyprus residing in Switzerland. She has a long career as an independent entrepreneur across a broad range of fields\, and in the last 10 years discovered her passion for film production\, which led her to create Mamaki Productions\, a venture dedicated to creating documentary films about psychology.

SUMMARY:Channeling our Awareness: Ancestral Eldership and the concept of Rank\, Power and Privilege
DESCRIPTION:Channeling our Awareness:Ancestral Eldership:The concept of Rank power and privilege June 13th-14th 2026\nGhosts of Rank and Privilege\nThis seminar deepens awareness of systemic and personal power. Participants explore how privilege\, marginalization\, and unconscious rank shape group and individual dynamics\, and how eldership can offer a path toward healing. \n13-14 June 2026\, 10am – 5pm \nFacilitators: Daisy Nduku\, Smith Mboya\, Julia Wolfson \nRegistration via google Form:\nhttps://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf-tPjvPQm7ODBOh9Z_J7Kvuj8hmNd03B6Bf3HfDGThG3yFsA/viewform \nWe would like to appreciate you all that have shared and shown interest towards the upcoming seminar. \nJUNE 13th and 14th \n \nThe link above is a short preview/trailer of what to expect. \nOn this weekend we explore and deepen the magic of: The systemic journey that leads us through what can feel like a sociological prison often begins in victimhood\, the place where we experience life as something that was done to us. That experience is real\, and the victim part exists not to trap us\, but to help us connect more deeply with our humanity beyond the identity of suffering. \nAs the journey deepens\, another force begins to emerge: the inner engine\, the life energy within us that helps us continue the daily struggle of breaking through historical conditioning\, systemic oppression\, and inherited pain. \nAlongside this\, our elders hold memory\, wisdom\, and hold the space of a burning campfire\, a place of reflection\, grounding\, and collective healing that reminds us we do not walk the journey alone. \nThese processes are not linear. Victimhood\, resistance\, freedom\, struggle\, wisdom\, and healing are all happening at the same time\, from the day we are born until the day we transcend. \nRegistrations are still open until 29th May. Here is the link 👇👇 \nhttps://forms.gle/CGTp5CwD6iW2vEY59 \nNB;We have limited slots available now\, hence the deadline to register is on 29th May! \nEvent Date: June 13th-14th\, 2026 \nTime: 10:00am-5:00pm EAT \nLocation : Four Points Sheraton\, Hurlingham Argwings Kodhek Road\,\, Nairobi\, Kenya \nCost :\n1. 300 euros (non-resident)\n2. Professional (ksh 40\,000/=)\n3. Grassroot Activists (Ksh 20\,000/=)\n4. Students (Ksh 5\,000/=)\n5. Partial payment (any amount from 200) \nYour contribution supports the growth of the organization by funding sustainable process work programs across Kenya and helping create safe spaces for healing\, connection\, emotional growth\, and collective transformation \nFor scholarship inquiries\, Please send an email deepdemocracyinstituteke@gmail.com \nFor more details about the registration process\, you can reach out to me personally. \n

SUMMARY:Facilitation Frontiers series #2
DESCRIPTION:Facilitator: Julia Wolfson \nIn session 2\, our mystery playground is experiential  again. This time\, finding the essence of the polarity that is hiding within a topic!! This can help to loosen a rigid interpretation and make visible an expanded and deeper reality in your zone. \nIn session 1\, we expanded the idea of a group process from a  programmatic formula to an experience happening any time any place. SUMMARY:Facilitation Frontiers #3: From hotspot to cool spot
DESCRIPTION:Facilitator: Julia Wolfson \nSession 3 focus: From hotspot to cool spot\, spotting and integrating ghost roles along the way. \nAnyone with the desire to get unstuck occasionally from one sided misery/righteousness to help shift a mood or situation\, can learn facilitator awareness. What may seem like an isolated moment and problem\, is merged in an alchemical field of energies and experiences – past present and future. To make this field more visible\, so you can find your point of joy to move with\,  is the essence of our mystery playground in this series. Our facilitation tools come from process science (Mindell) and a unifying spiritual attitude to life (the science of following your eternal nature’s signals). These atmospheric and tangible signals are the ground of many if not all spiritual and wisdom traditions including a secular orientation to life and nature’s gods and goddesses – nothing to do with religion\, rules or morality. \nIn session 1\, we expanded the idea of a group process from a  programmatic formula to an experience happening any time any place. What makes any experience a group process? Facilitator Awareness! Why and how is that useful? To be more connected to your flow power! We focused on the art of topic meditation – notice your topic\, and frame it! Sounds simple\, but easier said than done! 🥰 \nIn Session 2 in our mystery playground we practiced finding the essence of the polarity that is hiding within a topic!! Process Work facilitation provides a language and a map to traverse the terrain using your own self-generated compass.\n\nWhat facilitation frontier do you want to cross? In this series\, you will be guided to discover your unique way of doing that. Facilitation can be applied to any context\, and knowing your personal and collective frontiers can help in honing your craft and facilitation love language.\n\nFACILITATION FRONTIERS: my way\, your way\, our way\nWelcome to Mystery PlaygroundIn every process — a meeting\, conflict\, conversation\, event\, relationship\, classroom\, organisation\, or inner experience — there are frontiers. \nProcess Work facilitation offers practical prompts to navigate these living landscapes\, and your innate compass. \nInstead of a fixed formula\, we develop precision in noticing living signposts emerging moment by moment \nTogether we will explore: \n\npersonal and collective frontiers in facilitating an unfolding of a topic or signal\nhow groups dream and signal\nhow conflict can become information for the facilitator\nhow to facilitate moment-by-moment with what is actually happening\nand getting to know your own facilitation style that is already present\n\nFacilitation can be applied anywhere:\nleadership\, coaching\, organisational roles\, therapy\, education\, community work\, activism\, teams\, relationships\, creative practice\, at home and any aspect of everyday life. \nYou do not need to become someone else to facilitate well. Exactly who you are already contains a facilitation blueprint. \nPossible themes \n\nWhat Signal to Follow?\nWhat just happened!\nIn the Thick of the Mess\nFear of conflict\nFinding the polarity and setting roles\nUnfolding Hotspots to Cool Spots\nNot knowing what to do now\nFacilitation team tips\nFraming topics and moments\n\nFor facilitators\, coaches\, educators\, leaders\, therapists\, organisers\, Process Work students\, Deep Democracy practitioners\, and curious humans interested in navigating real life\, relationships\, groups\, and teams with more awareness\, creativity\, precision\, and connection. \nRecordings available anytime

SUMMARY:Pop-Up Facilitation: Conflict Cafe in Everyday life\, Work and Dreams
DESCRIPTION:☕ Conflict Café — Oslo\, October 24–26\, 2026. Conflict doesn’t wait. Three days of Process Work-based pop-up facilitation in everyday life\, work and dreams.\n📍 Rudolf Steiner University College\, Oslo\n🔗 https://forms.gle/yarEpwDZ4CD7e59a6\nFee range and tuition Scholarships in the registration info \nConflict doesn’t wait for the right moment. It shows up at the kitchen table\, in the team meeting\, in body symptoms\, relationship hesitations and irritations\, and in the dream you woke from at 3am. It’s already in motion — in the body\, between people\, in the field around us. \nIn this three-day seminar we liken facilitating conflict to a pop-up café — a freshly ground triple espresso or a calming chamomile tea\, depending on who you are and how you show up\, in the middle of all of it. \nDrawing on Process Work in the lineage of Arnold Mindell and the applied approaches of Max and Ellen Schupbach\, we’ll work with three types of conflict information: \n\ntiny signals that appear before a conflict fully appears;\nlong-term conflicts you don’t want to touch;\nand tensions/conflicts you wish you could address but don’t yet know how.\n\nWe’ll practice the awareness moves that become available when you stop managing conflict and start getting curious. \nEveryday life. Work. Dreams. All three are on the menu. \nThis seminar is experiential education. \nHow the three days work: Days 1 and 2 focus on the what and the why — building skills\, attitudes and practices. Day 3 is a practice day — working live\, with support and guidance\, to hone your own area of facilitation interest\, in the middle\, in pop-up café style. \nFor those who like to read beforehand: The Leader as Martial Artist and The Leader’s 2nd Training\, both by Arnold Mindell\, are wonderful companions to this seminar. \nFor facilitators\, coaches\, educators\, conflict resolvers\, leaders\, therapists\, and curious humans. Process Work background welcome but not required. \nWhat to expect: experiential exercises\, short theoretical presentations to illuminate the experiential aspects\, small and large group interactions \nVenue: Rudolf Steiner University College\, Professor Dahls Gate 30\, Oslo — a cool village atmosphere with plenty of accommodation options\, cafes and eating places nearby. \nMorning and afternoon refreshments provided \nRegistration: Register below. full three days\, or first two seminar days only. \nOslo\, Norway · October 24–26\, 2026
