SUMMARY:Read the Room: inside and out! A collegial coaching experiment for not-knowers!
DESCRIPTION:For anyone who participated in the Facilitator frontiers series – 2 bonus sessions \n21 + 28 September 2026 Two experiential sessions to research what works as collaborative collegial coaches \nYou are warmly invited to two bonus sessions as a Facilitation Frontier participant and explorer. \nIn a nutshell? \nThese sessions are especially suited for any of us who identify with not knowing what to do! I am one who often does not know what to do 🙈🙉🙊😊😂🏖️🐾  Given the mirroring of personal frontiers in the collective field\, what if new insights and tips for stuck moments\, were already present in the collective? That is the premise behind Read the Room – collegial coaching for not-knowers! \nWhat is it about?  \nMany times leaders and teams across a spectrum of communities\, formal and informal organisations including farms\, artist co-ops\, clubs\, corporations and NGO’s\, shops\, schools\, teaching teams etc\, are unhappy and irritated with the performance or behaviour of a colleague.  “It’s the leader’s job to fix it\, it’s not my role” is a common refrain. Really? Many of us simply have no pattern to interact directly with colleagues in situations of friction regarding role expectations and behaviours. What if the focus was less on the personal psychology of the one we are irritated with\, and rather the collective fertile ground for such behaviours to thrive?  What would it take to expand the cultural capability for peers and colleagues to engage meaningfully in conversations in real time to address frictions as they happen?  What might this collegial coaching capability look like\, feel like\, be like? Is it possible as a peer or colleague to help facilitate a shift and re-alignment\, without wrecking the relationship? Could this capability grow over time\, as an indispensable responsibility in any positional role? \nDo I have to bring a case?  \nNot necessarily\, although these research sessions depend on some participants being willing to bring a situation they would like help with. Please indicate on the form if you are willing to bring a facilitation situation you are stuck with/would like to discover more about from the “energetic collective field” via peers and colleagues present. \nCan I invite a friend/colleague? \nIf you would like to bring a friend or colleague\, great – please ask them to register for at least one of the Facilitation Frontiers sessions in order to get into the zone\, and check this is a good fit. If yes\,  the next step is to register on this form. Thank you! so much looking forward to researching the conditions and practice of collegial coaching together! \nWhat does it cost?  \nThese bonus sessions are free of charge. The cost is in your time\, your not-knowing learning spirit and love of Process-oriented research\,  and at least some people willing to bring a case for us to work with. \nWith excitement for our co-learning! \nJulia

SUMMARY:Pop-Up Facilitation: Conflict Cafe in Everyday life\, Work and Dreams
DESCRIPTION:☕ Conflict Café — Oslo\, October 24–26\, 2026. Conflict doesn’t wait. Three days of Process Work-based pop-up facilitation in everyday life\, work and dreams.\n📍 Rudolf Steiner University College\, Oslo\n🔗 https://forms.gle/yarEpwDZ4CD7e59a6\nFee range and tuition Scholarships in the registration info \nConflict doesn’t wait for the right moment. It shows up at the kitchen table\, in the team meeting\, in body symptoms\, relationship hesitations and irritations\, and in the dream you woke from at 3am. It’s already in motion — in the body\, between people\, in the field around us. \nIn this three-day seminar we liken facilitating conflict to a pop-up café — a freshly ground triple espresso or a calming chamomile tea\, depending on who you are and how you show up\, in the middle of all of it. \nDrawing on Process Work in the lineage of Arnold Mindell and the applied approaches of Max and Ellen Schupbach\, we’ll work with three types of conflict information: \n\ntiny signals that appear before a conflict fully appears;\nlong-term conflicts you don’t want to touch;\nand tensions/conflicts you wish you could address but don’t yet know how.\n\nWe’ll practice the awareness moves that become available when you stop managing conflict and start getting curious. \nEveryday life. Work. Dreams. All three are on the menu. \nThis seminar is experiential education. \nHow the three days work: Days 1 and 2 focus on the what and the why — building skills\, attitudes and practices. Day 3 is a practice day — working live\, with support and guidance\, to hone your own area of facilitation interest\, in the middle\, in pop-up café style. \nFor those who like to read beforehand: The Leader as Martial Artist and The Leader’s 2nd Training\, both by Arnold Mindell\, are wonderful companions to this seminar. \nFor facilitators\, coaches\, educators\, conflict resolvers\, leaders\, therapists\, and curious humans. Process Work background welcome but not required. \nWhat to expect: experiential exercises\, short theoretical presentations to illuminate the experiential aspects\, small and large group interactions \nVenue: Rudolf Steiner University College\, Professor Dahls Gate 30\, Oslo — a cool village atmosphere with plenty of accommodation options\, cafes and eating places nearby. \nMorning and afternoon refreshments provided \nRegistration: Register below. full three days\, or first two seminar days only. \nOslo\, Norway · October 24–26\, 2026
