WHAT: <\/b>A 3-day experiential seminar for all who work (and live) with people \u2014 leaders, facilitators, coaches, creatives, changemakers, and curious humans.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is a space to slow down, turn inwardly, and explore how clarity, stability, and groundedness can arise when we dare to meet conflict \u2014 within ourselves and around us \u2014 instead of avoiding it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior experience with Deep Democracy not needed and also welcomed.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is this seminar for ? And why do we call it Deep Democracy Lab?<\/b><\/h4>\n

Polarisation is shaping our times \u2014 in public discourse, organisations, teams, families, and within ourselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

Positions harden.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Listening becomes difficult.<\/span>
\n<\/span>And conversations often turn into either\u2013or dynamics.<\/span><\/p>\n

This Lab is an invitation to explore facilitation as a relational practice: not as neutral moderation, but as the ability to stay present, express voices clearly, and support dialogue between polarities.<\/span><\/p>\n

By working with live situations, you\u2019ll experience how tension itself can become a resource \u2014 creating understanding, movement, and unexpected alliances.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is about developing the capacity to stand in the middle, or on one of the sides with awareness and to facilitate conversations where difference is not smoothed over, but consciously brought into relationship.<\/span><\/p>\n
