SUMMARY:Facilitation Frontiers #3: From hotspot to cool spot
DESCRIPTION:Facilitator: Julia Wolfson \nSession 3 focus: From hotspot to cool spot\, spotting and integrating ghost roles along the way. \nAnyone with the desire to get unstuck occasionally from one sided misery/righteousness to help shift a mood or situation\, can learn facilitator awareness. What may seem like an isolated moment and problem\, is merged in an alchemical field of energies and experiences – past present and future. To make this field more visible\, so you can find your point of joy to move with\,  is the essence of our mystery playground in this series. Our facilitation tools come from process science (Mindell) and a unifying spiritual attitude to life (the science of following your eternal nature’s signals). These atmospheric and tangible signals are the ground of many if not all spiritual and wisdom traditions including a secular orientation to life and nature’s gods and goddesses – nothing to do with religion\, rules or morality. \nIn session 1\, we expanded the idea of a group process from a  programmatic formula to an experience happening any time any place. What makes any experience a group process? Facilitator Awareness! Why and how is that useful? To be more connected to your flow power! We focused on the art of topic meditation – notice your topic\, and frame it! Sounds simple\, but easier said than done! 🥰 \nIn Session 2 in our mystery playground we practiced finding the essence of the polarity that is hiding within a topic!! We devoted a whole session to practicing as a group; discussing\, grappling\, understanding and playing with “setting roles” – first getting to know a universal value/essence within each side of a polarity.
