SUMMARY:Dream Lab – A Space for Night Dream Exploration
DESCRIPTION:21st of March 2026 8am-10am CET / 5pm-7pm AEST\, online \nAn open\, monthly dream group for people who want to explore and deepen their relationship with their own dreams \n\nFacilitators: Martin Hemsley(Australia)\, Zbyszek Milunski (Poland) and Stephanie Bachmair (Germany) \n\nTo register: Click here\n  \nDream Lab – A Space for Night Dream Exploration\nDreams speak in images\, sensations\, and moods. Some linger long after we wake up\, asking to be met again. \nDream Lab is a monthly experiential space for people who want to explore their night dreams together\, in a supportive\, curious\, and respectful environment. Rather than interpreting dreams from the outside\, we approach them as living processes that want to be felt\, embodied\, and related to. \nThe work draws on Process-Oriented Dreamwork\, yet no prior experience is required. Through dialogue\, body awareness\, role exploration\, and relationship\, we follow the dream itself and allow it to show what it needs. \nThe Dream Lab is not a supervision group. It is a learning and experience space focused on your own dreaming life — playful\, deep\, and grounded in presence. \nTime and Date: 21st of March 2026 8am-10am CET / 5pm-7pm AEST \nThen monthly : 18th of April\, 16th of May\, 20th of June\, 18th of July\, 19th of Sept\, 21st of Nov\, 19th of Dec – 3rd Saturday of month – 8-10am CET \nOrganizers: info@b-onfire.com

SUMMARY:Make your Relationship a gift - Conflict on Stage
DESCRIPTION:6-8th of March 2026\, Vilnius\, Lithuania. \nPractice to wisely use tension to move into connection and co-creation \n\nFacilitators: Stephanie Bachmair\, Zbigniew Milunski \nFor more info and registeration: Click here\n\n\n\nConflict is happening — in teams\, relationships\, and society.\nThis seminar explores conflict as a living\, relational process by bringing it onto the stage. Through embodied practices\, participants develop awareness\, presence\, and the ability to stay connected in moments of tension and difference. \nWherever people meet\, conflict is present — in visible disagreements as well as in subtle tensions\, unspoken emotions\, and polarized positions.\n Often these dynamics remain hidden or are acted out indirectly\, limiting connection\, trust\, and mutual understanding. \nIn this seminar\, we bring conflict onto the stage — not to perform it\, but to work with it consciously.  \nParticipants explore how conflicts unfold through roles\, power dynamics\, projections\, and inner contradictions\, while developing awareness of their own patterns of engagement\, avoidance\, and readiness for conflict work. Through inner work\, experiential exercises and group processes\, we create a learning space that invites seriousness and lightness at the same time. \nHere\, conflict is not something to suppress or manage\, but a doorway to insight\, relationship\, and agency. \n\n In this sense\, relationship itself can become a gift — shaped through presence\, dialogue skilss\, and the willingness to meet. \nKey Contents / Learning Fields\n\nMaking hidden tensions visible and workable\nRecognizing personal patterns of engaging with conflict\nExploring readiness\, resistance\, and avoidance\nUnderstanding inner conflict and its impact on outer dynamics\nWorking with polarity\, power\, and projection\nStaying connected in moments of difference and tension\nTransforming conflict into connection and co-creation\n\nTime and Date:  \n6th of March 2026 6-8 pm \n7th of March 10-6 pm \n8th of March 10-4 pm \nLocation:  \nFriday: Centre for Healthy Ageing (tbc) \nStrazdelio str. 3\, Vilnius\, Lithuania  \nSaturday/Sunday: Vilnius Waldorf Green School\,  \nMalūno str. 39\, Skirgiskes\, Vilnius\, Lithuania

SUMMARY:Failing Spectacularly and the art of 3D framing: Getting out of the funk!
DESCRIPTION:Series finale\nTo register:\nhttps://forms.gle/E3unV5PGz7nnqXo66\n\nThis 4-part series is an experimental learning space to practice together with the purpose of illuminating a unique-to-you liberation structure within the experience of failure.\n \nThe journey between living and being fulfilled can feel like an uphill task because of the many energies dancing through life. Walking through the dotted lines of life\, history\, and ancestral agreements made before you existed can make you feel like your GPS is not working\, or that life itself is not working\, especially when exploring your individual capabilities. That was called failure. For some\, it bruised them; for others\, it became a proving method for parents\, friends\, or bosses. For some\, it brought them closer to their own life process and connected them to something bigger. And when we fail\, we feel refined.\n\n \nWe fail\, we feel this or that\, we pick ourselves up\, dust off and grow from it. Nice idea. But for many of us\,  those voices in your head remind of what you are not and what should have been\, and block learning. These voices are SOOO resilient and stick like super glue. They trap you into only focusing on whats wrong and what you wish you had done\, or who is at fault ….But are they hard wired? While the experience can be totally devastating\, is there any way out of the failure prison? The playful images here are meant as encouragement to not only suffer\, but to access your joy process within the difficulties.\n\nArnold Mindell and parallel worlds. Arnold Mindell\, founder of Process Work framed an expanded understanding of reality as three parallel worlds that in every day life we may barely notice although we are moving though these worlds day and night. These  parallel realities provide a wealth of information that we can use to transport us beyond the prison of social roles and oppressive power dynamics. The concepts and practices in this series apply Mindell’s awareness practices for these usually separate worlds to touch and allow for more wholeness and freedom to drop unwanted habits and try new ones. Hence in this series\, the term 3-2-1 framing:\n\n3 = awareness to live and interact in the world of many separate things (consensus reality)\n2 = awareness to rotate between polarised roles and get unstuck from one reality\n1 -= awareness for even a moment that all of us are in the current going somewhere together\n\nThe theme for this series came about through my own desire to break out of a repetitive reflex to hate failing\, hate that I hate failing\, then curious to learn how to harness the built in hidden talent and potential within the failing process and grow from it and with it. Built in from a Process Work perspective means ontologically built in – structured in to its very nature. Not a symbolic interpretation of the failure. Not an inferred rational “this must mean that”.\n\nIf you are at a point in your life where it’s right for you to unfold a disturbance by loosening the superglue that holds rational reasons for “WHY this happened and WHAT it means” in place\, this series may be for you!  Connecting to self and the journey of life from different realities that  unites you through the experience of failure\, allowing you to see the journey and its meaning from perspectives you may have felt but had no words to express.\n \nEach class includes listening to a short presentation\, connecting to your inner world though an inner orly to illuminate the theory\, discussion in pairs or triads\, and a large group process – all within the frame of learning and skill development. The classes are meant for developing framing skills using experiences of perceived failure.\n \n\nFraming – imagine any picture\, and notice how your focus  changes when you put a frame around it? Maybe you see it better. Maybe you can highlight an aspect of the image. Maybe it gets definition so it doesn’t melt away into the wall. Maybe a ne meaning shows itself. Now apply Mindell’s three parallel worlds to the structure of the frame – the pragmatic part\, the polarisation dynamic\, and the ontological (built in) meaning. \n\n\nEach month\, we will focus on getting to know and practice a unique framing awareness skill: \nEDGE: Framing what stops me from loving the experience\nPOLARITIES: Framing the hidden polarisation from hot spot to cool spot\nNATURE: Framing from perspectives of nature: water\, earth\, air\, fire\, heavenly bodies and spirits\nIDENTITY: Making a mess and cleaning up. Framing identity changes via your unique travel principle\n\nInterested in joining the failure playground? logistics and information below.\nTuition scholarships and fee discounts available

DESCRIPTION:21st of February 2026 8am-10am CET / 5pm-7pm AEST\, online \nAn open\, monthly dream group for people who want to explore and deepen their relationship with their own dreams \n\nFacilitators: Martin Hemsley(Australia)\, Zbyszek Milunski (Poland) and Stephanie Bachmair (Germany) \n\nTo register: Click here\n  \nDream Lab – A Space for Night Dream Exploration\nDreams speak in images\, sensations\, and moods. \nTime and Date: 21st of February 2026 8am-10am CET / 5pm-7pm AEST \nThen monthly : 21st of March\, 18th of March\, 18th of April\, 16th of May\, 20th of June\, 18th of July\, 19th of Sept\, 21st of Nov\, 19th of Dec – 3rd Saturday of month – 8-10am CET \nOrganizers: info@b-onfire.com \nEvent website: https://www.b-onfire.com/shop/p/dream-lab-monthly-dream-group

SUMMARY:Magic of Unintentional Movement
DESCRIPTION:FinalMovementFlyer \nDear friends\, \nI am looking so much forward to learning\, playing\, and working together in the movement channel\, discovering the magic of unintentional movement! \nUnintentional movements include gestures that don’t go along with the content of our speech\, as well as movement processes like tripping and losing balance. Instead of trying to control or correct these\, we will practice following them to find the treasures in the information they bring. This follows the concept that our experiences that are most “out of control” bring wisdom and new ways out of our everyday mindsets and identities\, opening surprising and often wonderful new worlds and directions. \nTo register: ellen@maxfxx.net \nUnintentional lMovementFlyer \n“Magic of Unintentional Movement” \nFeb 19\, 7-9p.m. CET \nFacilitator: Ellen Schupbach \ninfo and registration – ellen.schupbach@deepdemocracyinstitute.org \nWe have 3 price options Please choose the fee option that best reflects your personal and global context . \nGlobal North – 35 Euro/class \nGlobal South (x) – 25  Euro/class \nGlabal South (y) – 15 Euro/class \nFull scholarships are also available\, please write to the facilitator with your request and a brief sharing of your situation. SUMMARY:Parallel Worlds – Which one are you living in? Open Forum free event
DESCRIPTION:Parallel Worlds – Which one are you living in?\nBeyond the comfort of agreement lies a world of different voices—join us for an open exploration of the tensions\, hopes\, and hurdles that define our meetings with ‘the other’.\nRegistration:  \nhttps://www.b-onfire.com/shop/p/parallel-worlds-which-one-are-you-living-in  \nPrice: €0.00 \nDescription:  \nWhen meeting works — and when it doesn’t | A Deep Democracy–moderated Open Forum \nWe live side by side and still in very different worlds. Different experiences\, opinions\, fears and hopes — shaped by gender\, generation\, background\, social milieus and lived experience. Sometimes these worlds barely touch. Sometimes they collide. \nThis facilitated Open Forum invites you to explore what it’s like to live in parallel worlds — and what makes meeting the other possible\, or difficult. \nThe evening will begin with a few warm-up speakers who will open the space by sharing different and partly polarising perspectives. From there\, the forum opens up to the room. Participants are invited to add further voices\, experiences and viewpoints as they arise. \nThis is not a classic Q&A and not a panel discussion. It’s an open forum where dialogue\, disagreement and debate are welcome\, and where perspectives can stand next to each other without needing to be resolved. \nYou don’t need to prepare anything. You don’t need to be an expert. You can speak\, listen\, argue\, stay silent or change your mind — all of it is welcome. You’re free to join at any time and leave whenever you need. Stay for the whole forum or just for a part. \nSunday\, February 1st\, 5–7 pm CET \nEeden\, Stresemannstr. 132a\, Hamburg\, Germany \nOn site and hybrid \nDare to meet.

SUMMARY:Join me\, be With me\, Follow me: Navigating with people in altered states
DESCRIPTION:2-day in person experiential Process Work seminar in Oslo \nFor caregivers at home or at work\, special education teachers\,  social care practitioners and clinicians\, and their leanring and professional guides \nAt times many of us in the actual interaction with a client or student  struggle to get inside the state of mind and lived experience of a person with intellectual\, developmental and neurological differences. This person may communicate\, move and make sense of the world in non-traditional ways that are like a foreign country to their assistant/helper\, teacher or therapist.  “I have compassion fatigue” “he is defiant” “she’s just plain lazy”\, “they are manipulative” “He’s doing it deliberately to upset me” “I cant work with this person any more” are common place frustrations. \nAnd then: \nAm I being over directive? (tendency towards coercion). Am I being under-engaged? (Tendency towards neglect). These are inner debates that many of us grapple with constantly. \nSuch inner disturbances are common place and are rarely solved in the long term by getting more pay\, more hours\, resolving to have more patience …. \nWe will decode well-known social norms ( illusive identity and cultural ghosts) that limit creative thinking and systemic solutions by creating resistance. Resistance provides a counter force to grow innate powers in order to: \nJoin me. Hear me. See me. Follow me. Follow With Me.  \nThis seminar introduces three main ideas from Mindell’s Process Work to shift the energy from stuck to flow. \n1) Altered states are experiences that fall outside the norm of behaviours that are generally agreed upon as acceptable in particular cultural group. \n2) City Shadows are the unseen dynamics in urban life—the fears\, biases\, and discomforts that surface when people with different abilities\, behaviours\, or states of mind move through public spaces\, revealing what a city includes\, excludes\, or prefers not to see. \n3) Process unfolding to: \nTRACK feedback signals to de-escalate frustration and misunderstandings \nAGILE ROLE ROTATION to switch from what you “know” to jump across and right inside the person’s deepest motivation on their own terms \nGO SLOW to travel down to the core beauty and inner GPS of the person hidden within the difficulty \nBRIDGE personal and collective divides to break open into new directions and side-by-side opportunities \n4) Interaction metaskiils  \nMATCH your energetic tone and movement with the person’s energetic vibration \nDROP CONTENT and righteousness to make space for something totally unexpected to drop in – a drop of magic that has the power to grow new capabilities and dissolve resistance. \nTake-home tools  \nSeminar participants will experience tools and approaches that are as benefical for the person’s flourishing and their on – when in concert\, the shared garden can flourish in new and surprising ways. We will practice various skills you can take with you and use immediately: \nWho is this geared for?  \n * Diversity of Process Work experience – newcomers welcome\,  qualified Process Workers welcome and everything in between.\n* Diversity of practitioners: caregivers\, social workers\, clinicians etc working with individuals\, teams and systems – and already have an interest/orientation in expanded way of seeing the beauty and talent trying to emerge within a difficult situation AND are excited to learn to track signal based ways of connecting with what is actually happening.\n\nMay especially be beneficial for teachers\, therapists\, coaches\, support workers\, social workers\, health care practitioners – their learning guides and leaders – seeking a more wholesome\,  human centred approach to challenging situations.\nWHEN? \nSaturday 31 January + Sunday 1 February 2026\n \nSaturday: 10am – 5pm\nSunday 10am – 4pm \n \nLight refreshments provided. There are nice relaxing spaces around if you want to bring your own lunch\, and plenty of cafes and eateries in the surroundings.\n\nWHERE? \n\nSeminar Venue: Rudolf Steiner University College in Oslo – Gamma Room \nProfessor Dahls gate 30\, 0260 Oslo \n\n\nThe seminar venue is in down town Oslo\, in a beautiful leafy part of the city. It is safe and easy walking.\n\nFrom the airport \n \nAt Gardemoen International airport the train leaves right beneath the exit\, and it’s about a 40 minute train ride into Oslo\, to National Theatre station. From there a 20 minute walk to the venue. On the way you’ll pass by hotels\, through parks\, the palace\, gorgeous architecture\, shops\, cafes etc.  Everything is in easy walking distance.\nACCOMODATION IN OSLO \nYou can find hotels and Airbnb’s in the district\, in walking distance of the venue. We are able to offer limited free accommodation thanks to a local participant who lives in an intentional community\, not far from downtown Oslo. \nTUITION  \n\nEarly bird AUD $390.00 up to 15 December \nStandard AUD 440.00 Earns above global north minimum wage\nNon Profit Organisation NGO rate – $380 per person when organisation sends a team (2 or more)\nConcession AUD $340.00 for full time registered students in a higher/further education/ institute and pensioners\n\n Tuition scholarships available for Global South Process Work students. We are sorry\, we are not able to provide scholarships for travel or hotel accommodation. As mentioned above\, limited free accommodation is available. SUMMARY:Dare to Meet - In the Middle of All
DESCRIPTION:link to registration here  \nWHAT: A 3-day experiential seminar for all who work (and live) with people — leaders\, facilitators\, coaches\, creatives\, changemakers\, and curious humans. \nIt is a space to slow down\, turn inwardly\, and explore how clarity\, stability\, and groundedness can arise when we dare to meet conflict — within ourselves and around us — instead of avoiding it. \nPrior experience with Deep Democracy not needed and also welcomed. \nWhat is this seminar for ? And why do we call it Deep Democracy Lab?\nPolarisation is shaping our times — in public discourse\, organisations\, teams\, families\, and within ourselves. \nPositions harden.\nListening becomes difficult.\nAnd conversations often turn into either–or dynamics. \nThis Lab is an invitation to explore facilitation as a relational practice: not as neutral moderation\, but as the ability to stay present\, express voices clearly\, and support dialogue between polarities. \nBy working with live situations\, you’ll experience how tension itself can become a resource — creating understanding\, movement\, and unexpected alliances. \nThis is about developing the capacity to stand in the middle\, or on one of the sides with awareness and to facilitate conversations where difference is not smoothed over\, but consciously brought into relationship. \nWhat we will explore\nIn this experiential seminar\, you will: \n\nlearn to notice body signals and inner reactions in moments of tension or confrontation\nexplore how your personal history influences how you deal with conflict\, power\, and authority\ndiscover recurring patterns in your life — and why certain situations feel especially charged\nexperiment with your own natural way of facilitating instead of following rigid techniques\nexperience how misunderstanding\, friction\, and escalation can become doorways to dialogue and transformation\n\nWe move fluidly between inner work\, relationship dynamics\, and group processes — learning directly from what unfolds in the room.\n Real experiences. Real questions. Real learning. \nFacilitators\nAnna Gabryjelska-Basiuk \nProcesswork Diplomat\, Systemic Mediator\, OD Consultant\, B.ONFIRE Partner\, faculty member of the Polish Processwork Institute\, and co-founder of Processwork Institute Lithuania. For over 13 years\, she has supported leaders and teams in navigating conflict\, power\, and change with awareness and integrity. \nStephanie Bachmair \nProcesswork Diplomat\, Leadership Coach & Content Creator\, founder of B.ONFIRE. She works with changemakers\, teams\, and organisations navigating uncertainty\, transforming narratives\, and shaping new individual and collective stories. SUMMARY:Failing Spectacularly and the art of 3D framing: Getting out of the funk
DESCRIPTION:Session 4 (last in this series) To fight or not to fight? Tha is the question! \nRegistration here: \nhttps://forms.gle/dFtfxTNH65CSamNo8 \n \nThis 4-part series is an experimental learning space to practice together with the purpose of illuminating a unique-to-you liberation structure within the experience of failure.\n \nThe journey between living and being fulfilled can feel like an uphill task because of the many energies dancing through life. Framing identity changes via your unique travel principle\n\nInterested in joining the failure playground? logistics and information below.\nTuition scholarships available for Global South Process Work students

\n\n\nEach month\, we will get to know and practice framing awareness in parallel worlds: \nEDGE: Framing what stops me from loving the experience\nPOLARITIES: Framing the hidden polarisation from hot spot to cool spot\nNATURE: Framing from perspectives of nature: water\, earth\, air\, fire\, heavenly bodies and spirits\nIDENTITY: Making a mess and cleaning up. Framing identity changes via your unique travel principle\n\nInterested in joining the failure playground? logistics and information below.\nTuition scholarships available for Global South Process Work students
